What Should I Expect to Happen Once I Contact
Dynamic Sales Careers (DSC) for an Interview?
    Step 1
Dynamic Sales Careers is recruiting candidates to be the next leaders and managers for our employers. If you think you are or can be that person, Dynamic Sales Careers can receive your request for an interview (by phone or by email).

    Step 2
If your request is received during business hours (8:00am to 5:30pm PST), DSC will attempt to contact you by phone or email within the hour (so be prepared to receive an immediate or prompt response). Let us know the best way and time to contact you. If you call after business hours, we will contact you the next business day. If you would like us to contact you during non-business hours, let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.

    Step 3
A DSC representative will conduct a "Pre-Interview" with you by phone or by email, answer questions you may have and confirm with you that you have read and understand the qualifications and requirements necessary for the position(s) available as posted on the DSC website. (So go ahead and make sure you have read and understand the DSC website).

    Step 4
Once DSC has received a confirmation from you that you understand the qualifications and requirements of each position as posted on the DSC website, then your DSC representative will schedule an appointment with you to meet with a DSC career consultant.

    Step 5
Once you arrive at the DSC offices, the DSC program director will provide you general information about our company, the industry, the careers we represent, and the employers we represent in a small group setting after which you will be introduced to a career consultant who will conduct your private face to face interview and begin by reviewing your work history, acquired skill sets and education obtained to date. Then the DSC Career Consultant will discuss with you your goals for your next career move and address any of your concerns, determine your likes and dislikes and answer any questions you have to create an accurate profile of what you want, what your career goals are and what you believe you would enjoy doing in your next career in an attempt to match you up with a like minded employer.

    Step 6
Once your career consultant understands your motivations and goals, the career consultant will provide you with even more complete and thorough information about the specific career(s) opportunity you are most interested in to help you "be sure" a DSC career is right for you.

    Step 7
Once the interview process is over, the DSC career consultant can then refer any qualified candidate to a DSC employer for an interview when all (4) of the following apply:
    1. The candidate has confirmed they meet all of the minimum qualifications and requirements as required by the DSC employers for the position they want.
    2. The candidate has confirmed they are "sure" they would like to interview for a DSC career with a DSC employer because they have received all of the information necessary to make an informed and committed decision.
    3. The candidate has obtained a vehicle salesperson license and watched and agreed to DSC's recommended interview tips and on the job best practices that will help the candidate increase their odds of conducting a successful interview and increase the odds of the candidate being successful in their next career. (This is more Free Information for the Candidate provided by DSC)
    4. The DSC career consultant has determined that he/she can positively "recommend" the candidate to a DSC employer based on commitments and expectations of the candidate expressed in the interview.

    Step 8
Qualified, committed candidates will interview directly with DSC employers. If the employer likes the candidate, the employer will probably extend an offer of employment because they are in need of candidates to become their next leaders and managers and that is what they have hired DSC to find for them.

    Note:
DSC is not the employer. DSC cannot guarantee employment with DSC employers. DSC does not charge candidates for DSC's placement, screening or referral services. For those candidates who want information about career school training options which qualify for 100% tuition reimbursement from DSC employers per the DSC website, a DSC representative can refer candidates to a qualified career school, College of Automotive Management which is an affiliate of DSC, for more information. DSC is not a training company and does not provide career training.
