  1. DSC has agreements with employers throughout California and in other parts of the country. DSC adds new employers every month to the DSC employer network.
  2. DSC also has the ability to contact “specific” employers on demand and finalize agreements with many of these employers immediately so they can become DSC employers willing to interview DSC candidates who may need to obtain employment in an area where DSC does not already have agreements with employers in place.
  3. DSC has developed proprietary methods of communication with employers which help promote the benefits a qualified DSC candidate may possess allowing DSC to obtain these agreements from employers frequently.

As each agreement is obtained from each new DSC employer, the DSC employer will provide their minimum hiring criteria to DSC so that DSC can adequately screen and forward candidates who meet the minimum qualifications for an interview with the DSC employer thereby increasing the odds of a successful hiring situation for all parties involved.
